Art of Living UK Spring Connect 2025 is a perfect opportunity to recharge and reconnect by the peaceful waters of the Grand Union Canal, Brentford.

This holistic wellness retreat takes place over the days of 10th - 13th April and comprises a schedule of wellbeing programmes designed for individuals/families and includes meditation, yoga, breathing practices (including the world renowned Sudarshan Kriya technique), silence and Ayurveda.

Whether you're new to these practices or a seasoned practitioner, this retreat promises relaxation, growth, and transformation. All course teachers are professionally trained with many years of experience teaching and working in the wellbeing field.

Art of Living Part-2 (Silence Course)

10 - 13 April

A graduate programme available after completion of the Art of Living Part 1 course.

The Art of Living Part 2 offers a unique set of meditations called ‘Hollow and Empty’ which take you inwards, towards self-discovery, allowing for deep rest and healing. Whilst in silence, you will receive precious knowledge, renew and recharge your energy levels, rebalance your emotions, and experience a deeper state of inner silence and bliss.

DO SOMETHING NOW

DSN translates to "Do Something Now". It is a rigorous and transformational course that empowers participants to break through personal inhibitions and barriers and access inner stability and power. DSN uses a powerful combination of yoga, group processes, and deep spiritual knowledge to break through personal barriers and create personal empowerment.

This course supports the overall well-being of children by teaching them empowering techniques that foster peace of mind, mental clarity, focus and emotional stability, nurturing values like sharing, playing in harmony and developing a sense of belonging with others.

Through yoga practices, meditation, nuggets of knowledge (Golden Keys) and powerful breathwork, (including the Junior Sudarshan Kriya/ Happy Breath technique), pranayama and other breathing processes, they learn how to apply these skills and tools beyond the Course.

YES! (Youth Empowerment Seminar)

YES! is dedicated to providing teenagers with practical tools, research backed Sudarshan Kriya technique and life skills to manage stress and emotions, helping them gain the ability to focus and perform well academically and build positive relationships with peers, parents and teachers.

It includes breathwork to relieve stress, manage emotions and inhibitions and focus the mind and experiential processes to develop problem-solving strategies and dynamic group discussions designed to help them feel at ease in challenging situations.

YES! 2 is an advanced meditation and leadership workshop for students who have already taken the YES! workshop and want to go deeper with their experience. Through processes, wisdom and deep meditations, teens overcome personal limitations and explore the joy of service, the rejuvenation of silence and the depth and clarity that comes from meditation.

For parents familiar with Art of Living’s adult programmes, this workshop is a teens' combination of the Silence Retreat, DSN and Volunteer Training Programme.

From Heathrow Airport (Approx. 20 minutes):
Take the M4 eastbound towards Central London. Exit at Junction 2 and follow signs for Brentford. Take the A315 towards Brentford, then turn onto Commerce Road.

Parking: On-site parking is available at the hotel (subject to availability and charges).

Nearest Station: Brentford Station (South Western Railway)

Brentford Station is approximately a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Trains run from London Waterloo to Brentford in around 30 minutes.
