Our yoga courses are offered both online and in-person, typically spanning 4 to 5 days. During this time, you’ll learn foundational yoga asanas and breathing techniques specifically designed to benefit your body and mind.

What are the requirements to register?

The Sri Sri Yoga Foundations Programme is designed for beginner to intermediate yoga practitioners and is open to everyone - no prior experience is required.

To enroll in the Sri Sri Yoga Deep Dive Retreat, completion of the Foundations Programme and the Art of Living Part 1 Course is a prerequisite. This ensures you're well-prepared for the deeper, more immersive practices explored in the retreat.
