Advanced Art of Meditation
Art Of Silence Course is a perfect vacation for mind, body and spirit. The course provides optimal conditions for going deep within, quieting our mental chatter, and experiencing profound rest and inner silence. This course builds upon the Sudarshan Kriya® breathing technique offered in the Art of Living Happiness Program.
The practice of silence – of consciously withdrawing our energy and attention from outer distractions – has been used in different traditions throughout time as a pathway to physical, mental, and spiritual renewal. By participating in various course processes specifically designed to take us beyond our usually active minds, we experience an extraordinary sense of peace and renewed vitality that we carry home with us and into daily lives.
Happiness Program (previously known as Art of Living Course) or Yesplus course
Participation requires attending all sessions. If you miss a session, you will not be able to continue with the Program without a discussion with the instructor. No refunds will be provided.
Thursday-Saturday: 7:00am-9:30pm, Sunday 7:00am-4:00pm
All meals will be served on the course including breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you have any food allergies please email the organizers at email@example.com upon registering.
