Sanyam is the coming together of attention, meditation and pure joy.

This is an immersive journey into the heart of yogic wisdom, where ancient philosophy meets direct personal experience. You’ll explore the eight limbs of yoga not just as concepts, but as living practices that awaken the body, mind and spirit. At its core, this course invites you to move beyond intellectual understanding and into a space of embodied transformation.

The journey culminates in the powerful practice of samyama, a meditative synthesis that opens new dimensions of stillness, clarity and insight. Through this profound method, you’ll deepen your inner silence and unlock expanded states of consciousness.
