The Retreat is designed for the whole family. Adults can choose from seven programmes, and children and teenagers aged 3-18 have dedicated youth programmes. Some programmes have prerequisites: Art of Living Part 2, Sanyam Level 1 and the Eternity Process require completion of Art of Living Part 1 (also known as the Happiness Programme), and YES! 2 is for YES! graduates only.

The Art of Living UK Summer Retreat 2026 takes place from 27 to 31 August 2026 at OSH, Old Swinford Hospital School, Heath Lane, Stourbridge DY8 1QX, West Midlands. Individual programme dates vary between 27-30, 27-31 and 29-31 August.

Accommodation at the venue includes single rooms, shared male or female rooms, and family rooms, all with shared shower blocks and toilet facilities. No en-suite rooms are available. Yes. The ANGELS programme (ages 3-7, for children out of nappies), ART Excel (ages 8-12) and YES! (ages 13-18) run in parallel with the adult programmes, so parents can fully relax on their own course knowing their children are well cared for by professionally trained teachers.

Yes. Day workshops include Ayurvedic Mother & Infant, Know Your Child, Know Your Teen, Ayurvedic Cookery and the Eternity Process. Marma and other Ayurvedic treatment registrations are done at the venue during the Retreat.
