Art of Living New York City is an oasis of calm in the busiest city in the world. We offer uplifting stress reduction courses which include powerful breathing techniques, meditation, yoga, and more. Our educational and self-development courses offer important self-care tools combined with practical wisdom for daily living. Most of all, we are building and supporting our local community with teachers, volunteers, and students who celebrate, serve, and contribute towards stress-free living and a violence-free world.
