Is this program a replacement for medical detox or clinical rehabilitation?
No. This program is designed as a complementary wellness framework and post-detox support system. If you are experiencing acute withdrawal symptoms or require medical detoxification, medical supervision comes first. Our program works seamlessly alongside clinical treatment to accelerate long-term healing and prevent relapse.
How can breathwork help manage cravings, triggers, and stress?
Substance use alters brain chemistry and triggers severe stress responses when trying to stop. Specialized breathing techniques regulate the autonomic nervous system, lower cortisol (the stress hormone), and stimulate natural endorphins. This gives participants a direct, natural tool to manage anxiety, calm impulse triggers, and navigate cravings in real time.
Do I need any prior experience with yoga or meditation to join?
Not at all. The techniques taught are simple, accessible, and guided step-by-step. The program is designed for individuals of all fitness levels and backgrounds, regardless of whether you have ever practiced meditation before.

The test is not a diagnosis but can help you identify whether you may benefit from further guidance. You can also give a missed call to our helpline at 96200 15151. Our volunteers will call you to help you understand potential risks and explore suitable support options.
