Our Wellness Program for Substance Users is designed to help not only alcohol users, but people who use multiple substances such as Ganja, opioids etc.

In addition to alcohol etc. I use tobacco also. Will your modules help me quit?

Yes, our Wellness Program for Substance Users quit all forms of substance use

I drink only on weekends and in complete control of my drinking. Do I need to worry?

Suggest take the Alcohol Use Disorder Identification Test (AUDIT) on this page (Hyperlink to the test). This test will help you understand your alcohol use pattern and decide for yourself. Speaking to your healthcare provider will also help

I use Ganja, alcohol, drugs etc. Is there a test for me to help understand the risks involved?

Yes, the Quit Tobacco Program is designed to help both smoking & smokeless tobacco users

What is the duration of the program? Can I find suitable timings?

It is an offline & in-person format of 15 hours spread over 5 days. Find a location and timing of your choice

Do you have any continuing support after I complete the program? I am concerned because I have attempted to quit a few times but failed

Great question. Yes, we have continuing online follow-up format called The RopeWay that happens at multiple times. You can attend sessions of your choice. At this moment, this support is available FREE for lifelong

Is medication required along with your program or your program itself enough?

This depends on each individual and can not be generalized. A medical consultation is always recommended

I am planning to take medical supervision. So why I need this workshop?

Tobacco and alcohol use disorder involve multiple domains and so a holistic approach is recommended for good results

I am unable to sit down and do yoga. Can I still do your program?

Yes, yoga stretches are very easy & simple and is only a part of the program. Our modules are comprehensive and will strengthen you to navigate situations in life that could possibly push you back into a relapse. Relapse prevention is a major part of the programs

Will Sudarshan kriya and Meditation improve my health?
