Culture and Heritage

"Culture is a dynamic external and internal environment. It is a combination of thought processes that evolved over decades, centuries, and millennia. Culture is an amalgamation of place, food, culture, story, customs, public art, music, history, architecture, creative talent, sacred outdoor places and local production. Technology, truth, tradition and trade evolves with time for the betterment of human life in many creative ways in different parts of the world. It’s about each one of us. Every culture gives diversity to the planet. We should explore the common thread between different races, religions, nationalities and colors. Explore how to work toward cultural diversity while implementing the Vedic idea of “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” from Maha Upanishad. which means - ""The small minded think, 'This is mine, that is his'. The wise believe that the entire world is a family"". Let everyone in the world feel good about their culture and let others too feel good about it. Rahim ji says in this couplet, “Man becomes very happy to see his lineage grow. This happiness is such that the eyes get pleasure by looking at bigger eyes.” The world needs a synergic cohesive consciousness that brings together and celebrates diversity for the betterment of mankind.
