List of items needed for Gurupuja

• Chowrang (Raised Platform)
• 1 Piece Clean Cloth to cover Chowrang
• New cloth (or New Hand Kerchief [preferably white ])
• Chandan (sandalwood - powder or paste)
• Whole (unbroken) uncooked pieces of rice [if available, Basmati would be great]
• Camphor pieces
• 2 Agarbattis (inscense sticks)
• Ghee lamp (oil Lamp will do too, if both are not available, then tea-light candles will be fine as well)
• Five fruits of different type (if banana is included, count two bananas joint at the stem as one)
• Flower garland(s) (for Gurudev's photo)
• 1 coconut
• 5 clean and fresh betle nut leaves (paan)
• 1 Supari(betle nut)
• Sweets for Prasad
• Matchstick box

A: There are 2 courses which you will have to undergo to be able to perform Guru Pooja at other's homes: Guru Pooja Phase I and Phase II.
