Healthy and Yummy Date Balls: Ready In Just 15 Minutes

These Bliss balls taste absolutely amazing - natural sugars from the date will satisfy any sweet tooth!! They are dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and gluten-free.


  • half a cup of almonds (can be roasted)
  • half a cup of coconut powder
  • half a cup of medjool dates (about 6 dates)


  • Grind the almonds first. Once powdered, add coconut powder and pitted dates.
  • Mix it well in the food processor until dough is like paste.
  • Form balls and roll them in coconut powder for additional coating.


  • The notable potassium levels in medjool dates mean that they have a positive effect on blood pressure.
  • Almonds are high in Vitamin E, which protects your cell membranes from damage
