Mango Matcha Smoothie

Smoothies are a great way to pack in many nutrients when you have little time. This delicious mango smoothie is one of my favorites, from Luna’s Living Kitchen, a vegetarian and organic cafe in North Carolina.


  • 1 cup frozen mango - chopped into cubes
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup of chilled matcha green tea
  • 1/2 cup of hemp milk
  • 1 bunch of fresh and organic spinach - cleaned and stems cut


  • Mix all the ingredients in a blender to a smooth pulp
  • Garnish on the side with a few spinach leaves
