Yoga to let go of struggles

Do not strain to hold on to a yoga pose, and do not struggle by holding on to emotions.

Every single sutra in the Patanjali Yoga Sutras leaves me in wonder by revealing the secrets of our body, breath, and mind.

The simple practice of letting go and relaxing in an Asana made me realise how much I was struggling by holding onto emotions, words, thoughts, actions, inactions, and everything. The art of letting go was made easier with this simple practice. Experiencing that freedom and joy which comes by dissolving into infinity is inexpressible. Effortlessness experienced after putting in all the effort is such a blissful experience!

The holistic way of getting trained and enjoying daily Sadhana helped me decide to share this knowledge and spread smiles. Being chosen as an instrument by the Master, I started realising that there was a bigger purpose in life. Teaching yoga was not just demonstrating and correcting asanas or techniques. It meant a lot more to explore your true nature; your Self; to break through those barriers and explore new dimensions of Life. The best part of taking these sessions is the glowing, smiling, happy faces that you get to see by the end of the session! Was blessed to take the most number of courses (trained more than 550 participants) during the pandemic in Kerala ever since I became a teacher by attending the last Offline Batch of SSY TTP in March 2020.
