Over 15000 Youth will take a pledge towards the various issues facing society in the presence of Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. The issues include corruption, pollution, female feticide, terrorism, drug addictions, global warming, illiteracy and child labour
These are all issues we think of individually on different planes, but we find we are unable to make a difference alone. This event will create a platform to bring everyone together, to unite for a social cause. These social issues are Non Conducive to Life, and we want to "Say YES to Life!"
The pledge will be taken in an innovative way. The youth will PAINT their palms and make their hand Impression on a 1Km long canvas which will be placed across the venue.
With the hand Impression, every youth will take a stand for the following values:
1. I Say No to Corruption, I Say YES to Life.
2. I Say No to Violence, I Say YES to Life.
3. I Say No to Female Feticide, I Say YES to Life.
4. I Say No to Deforestation, I will plant n save trees, I Say YES to Life.
5. I Say No to Drugs Alcohol Smoking, I Say YES to Life.
6. I Say No to Terrorism, I Say YES to Life.
7. I Say No to Illiteracy, I Say YES to Life.
8. I Say No to Child Labour, I Say YES to Life.
9. I Say No to Pollution, I Say YES to Life.
Note: This Event is open only for the Youth aged from 13 to 30 for Free.
